Development information for BASFOR TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING. These notices require BTC approval and human legal review before customer launch.

Enquiries and contact consent

When intake is enabled, submitting the enquiry form sends your business name and type, contact details, city, selected services, requirement and contact consent to BTC for storage and review. Successful submissions receive a saved lead reference; they are not merely browser drafts. When intake is unavailable, submission is disabled.

Contact consent covers reviewing this enquiry and contacting you through your selected method. It does not activate a paid service or subscribe you to general marketing. Email and phone ownership are not verified by the enquiry form.

Account access and business profiles

When account access is configured, sign-in and password-recovery forms send the required credentials or email to BTC and its configured account service. These actions can authenticate an account or request recovery; they are not presentation-only forms. Business details entered during authorized onboarding are stored under the BTC business profile. Customer email verification requires enabled, tested account access.

Service requests and activation

An enquiry or account does not purchase or activate services. BTC must agree scope and pricing and authorize the subscription and required connections before service use. Publishing, paid AI, payment collection and external notification delivery remain disabled in this development application. Clearly labelled local demo actions are separate from private account records.

Policies awaiting approval

Before real customer use, BTC and a qualified adviser must finalize processor disclosures, lawful contact and consent practices, retention periods, deletion/access requests, incident response, service availability, cancellation, refunds and applicable taxes. This page does not promise a retention period, refund entitlement, legal compliance or verified production security.
